Press Conference of Movie Animation Park Studios (MAPS) in Perak was held in Cathay Cineplex E@Curve. MAPS is currently one of the most unique and exciting projects underway in the leisure & tourism landscape in Malaysia. It will feature over 40 rides, shows, attractions and a variety of themed food & beverage and also retail outlets.

During the event, they announced the partnership between MAPS and BoBoiBoy, the popular Malaysian animated series as another milestone in MAPS history. “With the inclusion of BoBoiBoy to MAPS Perak it would be an enormous pull factor as it is an animation which most Malaysian children can identify and relate to.” Mr. Ramelle Ramli, Founder and Chairman of RSG said.

In conjunction with the 4th Anniversary of BoBoiBoy, the CEO of Monsta, Nizam Razak announced that the company has found the perfect ‘home’ for them in MAPS. Sneak peek of the BoBoiBoy 4D Ride through video and the artist impressions were shown in the event. There was a birthday celebration for BoBoiBoy 4th anniversary in the event.

With BoBoiBoy on board, MAPS will based on the popular characters and offer some theme park exciting activities. BoBoiBoy exclusive 4D adventure film will be the main focus and only available in MAPS. Kids also able to experience the feel of being a superhero though the 3D animation technology in BoBoiBoy Animation & Sound FX. 

 Not to forget, Tok Aba's Kokotiam is another attraction which will be serving a range ot BoBoiBoy food and drinks beside the famed hot cocoa. Visitors can buy the merchandise at the Kokotiam anytime.
