Xiaomi Mi Note launched in Malaysia, price retailed at RM1,549
Xiaomi Malaysia has unveiled the company’s flagship
series, Mi Note to
our local market 3 days ago. The device was first announced in China back in
January, and now we finally can see it approach our shores after anticipating
it for over half year.
Mi Note will be available from July 28 onwards, and on its first sale Xiaomi will routinely
makes it available through their infamous flash sale which local consumers will
have to sit tight in front of their PC or mobile device to grab one before the
limited stocks been sold out!
The Mi Note offers a 5.7 inch Full HD
display which produced a high pixel density of 386 PPI. It features a 2.5 D
curved glass front panel and a 3D curved glass rear panel. The device has
a 6.95 mm slim thickness and weighs 161 grams.
It
is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Quad Core SoC that is mated
with 3 GB of RAM, 64GB ROM and a 3,000 mAh large capacity battery where running Android 4.4.4 KitKat with MIUI 6 ROM.
Its rear camera is a 13 megapixel OIS (optical image stabilization ) sensor, while its front camera carries a 4 Ultrapixel
sensor.
On the audio segment, we were made to understand that
there’s enhanced audio utilising the same ESS decoder as high end HiFi systems,
complete with a two-level amplifier.
