US Potato Menu @ The Roulette Restaurant Bar, Oasis Ara Damansara
US Potato Festival 2015 is back in Kuala Lumpur. In Conjunction with the US Potato Festival, Roulette Restaurant Bar come out with three special dishes that features US high quality potatoes. All 3 dishes will be available in Roulette menu, BUT for limited time only!

| US Potato Salad |
The first dish that serve is the US Potato Salad. I am very impressed that century egg and red ginger can be used in a salad dish. The taste is just so nice, you should order it when you having it as appetizer when you dine there.

| Golden US Wedges |
Then the Golden US Wedges was the next dish serving hot from the kitchen. It is not only wedges, but coated with salty egg yolk. Crispy outside with soft body wedges just make me put it into my mouth non stop. If you plan to have a beer that night, Golden US Wedges is a must to order dish.

| Chicken Potato Canape |
Chicken Potato Canape is another dish that just fit perfectly with beer. With chicken on top of potato wedges, the taste just like little spicy and sweet. The green tobiko just make the Chicken Potato Canape look more attractive.

That three dishes were just our appetizer for that night. There are more dishes coming in after that like Smoked Duck Pizza (RM 32), Fresh Water Prawn Noodle (RM 38), Black and White Sheep (RM 68), Marinated Lamb Shoulder (RM 42), Dried Curry Lamb Mutton (RM 38), Olio Olio Chicken Pasta (RM 20), Roulette Special Chicken Wing (RM 28)
The Chef, Sam Lee really put in a lot of effort to come out with great dish and serve customer with the best in their restaurant. I will definitely make my way back to Roulette Restaurant Bar again soon. Do try out other dishes and suggest me for my list-to-eat next time when I am back to Roulette.
